QR access control
Every guest gets a QR code. Your staff scans at the door and the system checks not just that they are on the list, but that they are in the right room at the right time. You watch arrivals as they happen.
With no system, event check-in is one person with a printed list and a queue that keeps growing. Nobody knows how many people entered each session until someone counts chairs. And if the room has no signal, the fallback is paper.
Most systems check one thing: whether the person is on the list. Qrevnt checks three: who they are, which room they are going to, and what time they are due. If your event has parallel sessions, workshops with limited seats or meals by group, that difference is the whole event.
The scanner downloads the list before you start. If the room loses internet, it checks against that list, stores every scan on the phone and uploads them on its own once the network is back — even if the phone locks mid-event.
How many people arrived, to which activity and at what time, live. When it is over, you download the full attendance report by session.
Upload your full CSV and each guest gets their QR on their own. Fixed something? Upload the same file again: it updates without duplicating.
Coordinator and staff roles: each person sees and does what belongs to them, without handing over everything.
One payment per event. No monthly fees, no automatic renewals. The price depends on the length and on how many guests you upload, and it is worked out at checkout.
